Bilder: Jörgen AuerDet var ännu en lite sorglig dag på Corren i dag. Vilket Jerker Hallenberg förstås ville dokumentera. Inte att undra på eftersom hans Ann-Margret Slöjdare var en av de två klippor som avtackades. Hon går i för tidig pension, medan nyhetschefen Helena Sträng tackar för sig efter 30 år på Corren för att i stället börja på Nerikes Allehanda i Örebro. Correns redaktionschef Anders Nilsson höll tal (långt, men så var det ju för två också) och Hector Barajas överlämnade blommor till Helena (men Ann-Margret fick också egna, av Maggan Johansson på annons). Ja-a, och sen fikade vi av hjärtans lust, och personalchefen Christina Burlin (grattis till nya jobbet i Norrköping) åt bara av det onyttiga, grädden och marsipanen. Men så är hon mjölallergiker, också. Ann-Margret höjde till slut blicken och sa att hon såg fram mot mer och bättre golfspel framöver.
Mer? Jo, Jerker kom farande och frågade om jag skulle lägga ut någon bild på bloggen. Jadå. Bra, då ska jag meddela svågern i Australien, sa Jerker och skyndade till mobilen.

Hi Jorgen, we have read your blog with great interest. And we couldn’t agree more about the words spoken about Ann-Margret. She deserves all the credits and more! Yes, she has been one of the corner stones and showed great commitment to your mission at Corren. I know, because we have been sitting here down under, discussing issues, thinking about life, work and the future. And Corren has always been on her mind, thinking…perhaps we can bring this newspaper feature back home, etc. I think we should also mention that Jerker and Ann-Margret visited us in January 1994 and reported to Corren and TT about our massive bush fires. It was a dramatic time and a bit too close for comfort for us. Ann-Margret, I’m sure your colleagues will miss your drive, professionalism yet kind and friendly approach to people and issues. So good luck in the little slower lane and hope we can meet up again somewhere in 2009. Roland and Ninni

Thank you very much for your words on my blog. I can't tell you enough how much Ann-Margrets work mean to me. She always had time for me when I needed her help with whatever it was and always with a smile on her face. I'm truly concerned what will happen now without her at Corren.
